MAT - Tone & Strengthen.
Up to 10 participants
A fabulous introduction to Pilates, these classes incorporate the Five Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES® and are designed to develop longer, leaner muscles, improve posture, establish core strength and stability and encourage mind-body awareness. Props are used to increase
intensity of the exercises and add variety. No prior experience necessary.
MAT - Dynamic.
Up to 10 participants
More challenging than mat Tone & Strengthen class, the Dynamic Mat is designed to improve flexibility and core strength. This class gives you a full body workout to help continue to tone all muscle groups and building on your Tone & Strengthen Mat sessions. Programming varies each
session to include a variety of props. You will be advised when you are ready to join this class but it is highly recommended you have at least 2 terms Tone & Strengthen Mat sessions first.
MAT - Postnatal
Up to 10 participants (with babies)
Not recommended until at least 6 weeks Postnatal, these classes incorporate the Five Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES® and are designed to improve posture, re-establish core strength and stability, re-establish pelvic floor strength, release tension especially from feeding and carrying a newborn and encourage mind-body awareness. Props are used to increase intensity of the exercises and add variety. Babies welcome and no prior experience necessary.
