REFORMER - Tone & Strengthen.

The reformer is the most popular piece of STOTT PILATES® equipment. These classes are designed to progress you from Essential to Intermediate level with the goal of toning and lengthening muscle while strengthening the core. You can expect the pace to be moderate yet challenging.
REFORMER - Circuit.
Up to 8 participants
Do you want to increase your heart rate and challenge your entire body? Circuit is designed to do just that with a variety of Mat and Reformer exercises circuit style, low resistance and high repetitions and sometimes high impact. Best suited for those that have been coming for a while are confident with the exercises and have good mind body awareness. A great additional session in the week. The pre-requisite for this class is at least a term in Reformer Tone & Strengthen.
REFORMER - Muscle Release.

For those who have a stressful vocation, are athletes or feel the need to release tight muscles, this class is for you. Reformer Muscle Release is slow to moderate paced, and works to restore muscular imbalances while strengthening deep local stabilising muscles of the back and abdominal muscles.
