PILATES ORIENTATION
One on one
If you are interested in joining any one of our classes and have never done any STOTT PILATES® previously, this mandatory 45 minute private Pilates orientation will introduce you to the Five Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES®. We also view your posture and core stability to ensure your Pilates experience meets your individual needs.
STUDIO - Private Experience.
One on one
Individualised programming based on your goals and posture type. These one on one hour long sessions allow you the luxury of having your needs personally met to improve your core strength, body function and overall fitness, while working to reduce pain and stress. Highly recommended for those who are pregnant, require rehabilitation or prefer work out on their own.
STUDIO - Shared Experience.
2 participants max.
If large group workouts are not for you, or a private session is not in your budget, consider a shared experience with a friend or another client. Shared studio sessions allow us to assist you in fine tuning the exercises for your posture type and your personal goals.
